Jane Lee

Jane is a Senior Associate who counsels multinational corporate clients across various industries on U.S. mobility strategies for their global workforce. She counsels clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters with a particular focus on immigration solutions for executives, managers, and professionals of multinational companies and organizations. She coordinates employment-based NIV visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, STEM, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1 cases and related matters. She develops and supervises family and employment-based permanent residence strategies, including I-130, PERM labor certifications, and EB-1 preference categories.
Prior to joining the firm Jane served as counsel to multiple corporate immigration law firms in New York City. She assisted clients with a wide range of immigration challenges and secured employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for employees of global corporations. Jane also managed her own immigration practice.

Hannah Berkeley

Hannah is a Solicitor in the firm’s Initial Enquiries team and Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) team. Having specialised in UK immigration and nationality law since 2010, Hannah is responsible for developing the wider team’s prominent technical knowledge, creating systems to streamline the delivery of advice to clients and external communications, including responding to enquiries received by the firm. Along with others on the PSL team, Hannah organises and delivers internal and external training sessions and writes for the media and legal publications. Additionally, Hannah is involved in lobbying the Home Office to effect changes to immigration law and policy and advising clients on complex areas of immigration law.
