Seven LDI lawyers recognised on the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List
Tuesday 21 April 2026
We are delighted that seven of our lawyers have been recognised on the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List, published this week.
These lawyers include Matthew Wills (Partner), Zeena Luchowa (Partner), Ludovica Bello (Solicitor), Ellie Herman (Solicitor), Grace Matthews (Solicitor), Emily Rigg (Solicitor) and Phoebe Warren (Solicitor).
The List celebrates legal professionals across England and Wales who have dedicated 25 hours or more of pro bono legal assistance over the past year. It is endorsed by Sue Carr KC, The Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, sponsored by the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee and supported by the Law Society, Bar Council and other leading pro bono organisations.
Over the past year, our lawyers have together provided hundreds of hours of pro bono legal assistance across a broad range of complex, consequential and often urgent matters. This work has included providing ongoing advice and representation in support of families in the most desperate of circumstances, seeking to reunite in the UK under the refugee family reunion provisions. Our lawyers are continuing to navigate fast-moving legal developments, evidential complexities and inescapable practical challenges in progressing our clients’ applications, endeavouring to secure them safe routes to reunification.
At Laura Devine Immigration, we value the meaningful contribution our lawyers make through their pro bono work. Pro bono work is a longstanding and valued part of the legal profession, and we are pleased to see our colleagues recognised for the time, care and expertise they continue to devote to supporting those in need of free legal assistance.
Congratulations to all those recognised on this year’s List.
