Murty Gollakota promoted to partner
1 December 2021
Laura Devine Immigration is pleased to announce the promotion of Murty Gollakota to partner from 1 December 2021.
A member of the New York team, Murty is a US attorney with 14 years’ immigration experience. He advises both corporate and individual clients on a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.
New York Managing Partner, Jennifer Stevens celebrates this promotion saying “we are delighted to welcome Murty to the partnership. He is a cornerstone of our New York team, with his exceptional expertise, industry knowledge and team leadership.
“Murty’s client dedication is second to none. Particularly, over the last two years where he has been instrumental in advising clients on the navigation of the changing US immigration landscape as a result of the pandemic. His counsel throughout this period has greatly minimized business interruption for our clients.”
This promotion comes at a time of growth for the firm with a significant number of new joiners across the London and New York offices this autumn.
