Jennifer is the managing partner of Laura Devine Attorneys in New York. Jennifer is an English solicitor and foreign legal consultant in New York and has extensive experience advising on UK immigration matters including sponsorship licences and compliance, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility and applications under the Global Talent and Creative Worker routes. Jennifer also assists with family-based applications as well as British nationality, naturalisation and registration. Jennifer has a global client base from a variety of sectors.

Jennifer is acknowledged in Who’s Who Legal for being an “experienced corporate immigration lawyer” and for having an “in-depth knowledge” and being “committed to improving the quality and consistency of UK immigration law”. Jennifer is co-convenor of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association’s (ILPA) New York working group and is the immediate past Co-Chair of the Immigration and Naturalization Committee of the Section of International Law (SIL) at the American Bar Association (ABA). She is also a member of British American Business (BAB).

Jennifer has presented on UK immigration at the ABA, New York City Bar, as a guest panellist at the Brooklyn Law School and Columbia Business School and has provided training to other immigration law practitioners for ILPA and MBL.
