On 18 March, Francesca Sciberras, Sam Ingham and Chetal Patel (Bates Wells) will present a webinar for the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) on sponsor licences and compliance. The webinar will focus on how sponsors can obtain and keep their sponsor licence, particularly in the context of the new UK immigration system introduced in December 2020.
