Thanks to the generosity of those who attended, we raised a total of £520 for English PEN.

English PEN campaign to defend writers and readers in the UK and around the world whose human right to freedom of expression is at risk.

On Thursday 12 May 2016, Laura Devine Solicitors hosted a terrace BBQ event with guest speakers David Garrido, Sky Sports presenter, and John Wroe, CEO and founder of Street Child United.

Thanks to the generosity of those who attended, we raised a total of £1,020 for Street Child United.

Street Child United work with a global community of grassroots organisations to protect and support street children. This is primarily achieved through the organisation of international sports events for street children.

Elif gave a reading from her highly acclaimed novel ‘The Architect’s Apprentice’.

The reception featured performances including scenes from ‘Rigoletto’ and ‘Flying Dutchman’.

Fulham Opera is West London’s Premier Independent Opera Company, and aim to deliver high quality, imaginative stagings of large operatic works in the intimate space of St. John’s Church, Fulham.

PACT Charity Event

On Thursday 30 July 2015, Laura Devine Solicitors hosted an event with Sir Christopher Meyer, former British Ambassador to the United States.

PACT’s mission is to put an end to the tragedy of missing and abducted children and to campaign for fundamental improvements in child protection policies and practices and the HO has recently partnered with PACT to raise awareness.

Fine Cell Work is a social enterprise that trains prisoners in paid, skilled, creative needlework undertaken in the long hours spent in their cells to foster hope, discipline and self-esteem.
