Free Word Centre Charity Book Event

On Thursday 3 March 2016, Laura Devine Solicitors hosted a book reading event with Elif Shafak, Turkey’s most read woman writer and an award winning novelist.

Elif gave a reading from her highly acclaimed novel ‘The Architect’s Apprentice’.

Thanks to the generosity of those who attended, we raised a total of £600 for Free Word Centre.

Elif is an author for Free Word Centre, an international charity dedicated to literature, literacy and free expression.
