Initial consultations

How we can help

Standalone consultations enable us to collate detailed background information from clients, explore a variety of UK immigration options where several are available, discuss immigration procedures and timelines, assess the optimal immigration strategy and explore the best course of action for our clients. We also offer joint consultations in UK and US immigration law with our expert UK solicitors and US attorneys joining forces.

Our consultations can take place either in person at our London or New York offices or by telephone/video call. Consultations are normally conducted by two lawyers and last one hour.

Our legal fees

Our fixed fees for standalone consultations typically start from £750 plus VAT and disbursements, depending upon the circumstances and complexities involved. There are typically no disbursements associated with initial consultations although there may be cases where disbursements do apply.
