LexisNexis UK has published a new Practice Note by Zeena Luchowa (Partner) and Ellie Herman (Solicitor)  addressing the frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding who can pay the fees in Skilled Worker applications. This Practice Note aims to clarify the rules around when the sponsor or the worker can or should pay fees and costs relating to an application, the circumstances in which fees and costs can be passed on to the worker by the sponsor, and issues related to deductions from Skilled Worker salaries.
