Yesterday, Laura Devine Immigration hosted a webinar for clients on business visitors in the UK and US. Our experts explored how to navigate the often fine line for businesses visitors between permitted activities and illegal working; the impact of recent political developments (Brexit and Joe Biden’s presidency) on travel to the UK and the US; and the latest position on COVID-19 travel restrictions.
