Laura Devine (Managing Partner) and Yael Hagheray (Paralegal) have written for the International Bar Association (IBA) on the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), in particular examining the issue of absences from the UK in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the potential for at least 100,000 EU citizens to lose fundamental rights in the UK.
