ILPA Monthly November 2020 - issues in the statement of changes to the Immigration Rules

The November 2020 edition of the ILPA Monthly is now available to ILPA members. This edition features an article by LDI’s Francesca Sciberras and Milo Grounds on the Statement of Changes which was published on 22 October 2020, and which came into effect on 1 December 2020. These changes launched most of the new UK immigration system, and the article analyses the issues which have been created by these changes.
