Lucy is a Paralegal in the UK team, working with businesses and individuals across a broad range of UK immigration and nationality matters. Her experience spans business and personal immigration, including sponsor licence applications and compliance, family and private life routes, settlement and British nationality matters.

Lucy supports clients throughout the application process, including preparing applications and supporting documents, conducting legal research and drafting legal advice and client correspondence. She also assists businesses with sponsor licence applications, sponsorship compliance and ongoing immigration support for sponsored workers.

Having worked in both Laura Devine Immigration’s London and New York offices, Lucy has developed valuable experience supporting clients with UK immigration matters from both a UK and international perspective. During her time in New York, she worked closely with US-based businesses, multinational organisations and individuals requiring UK immigration support, providing her with a strong understanding of the cross-border considerations that often arise in UK immigration matters.

She has a particular interest in developments in UK immigration law and policy and contributes to the firm’s commentary on current immigration issues.

Lucy completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Newcastle University in 2024.
