Leticia is a Paralegal in the US Immigration team at Laura Devine Immigration. She has nearly four years’ experience in US immigration and supports corporate and individual clients across a broad range of matters.

Her work includes drafting petitions, preparing applications, tracking case progress and timelines, and liaising with clients throughout the process. She has experience working across a variety of visa categories including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-2 NIW, B-2, EB-1C and EB-1A, as well as family-based green card applications and adjustment of status.
