Juno Worsdell is a Trainee Solicitor in the UK Immigration team. She works with both businesses and individuals on a broad range of UK immigration matters, with experience spanning corporate and private client immigration across sectors including financial and professional services, technology and media.
Juno supports multinational organisations, entrepreneurs and private clients on a wide variety of applications, including Skilled Worker, sponsor licence and compliance matters, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, family and partner applications, British nationality, EU Settlement Scheme and visitor applications.
She has developed particular experience advising high-growth technology businesses, founders and individuals working within the technology and AI sectors, assisting with complex Global Talent and Innovator Founder applications.
Juno often presents to corporate clients on sponsorship and compliance, and at universities across the UK on post-graduate immigration options for international students.
Juno is an LLB Law graduate from the University of Leeds and was previously a contributing writer for Human Rights Pulse, covering international law and human rights issues. She is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and the Anglo-Brazilian Society, and is fluent in Portuguese, with proficiency in Spanish.
