Jonathan is a Senior Paralegal in the UK team at Laura Devine Immigration in London. He joined the firm in 2019.
Jonathan primarily assists the firm with policy work, which involves undertaking research on immigration and nationality law, particularly in relation to how changes in law, policy and guidance impact our clients (including most recently on proposals for ‘earned’ settlement and changes to right to work checks) as well as in support of the firm’s policy engagement with the UK Government.
Jonathan additionally supports the firm with client work, which includes assisting with advice on immigration and nationality law, with experience working on a wide range of personal, family and corporate matters such as sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route and applications for naturalisation or registration as a British citizen.
Jonathan is also a doctoral student and teaching associate in the School of Law at Queen Mary University of London.
