The Skilled Worker route enables licensed employers to sponsor nationals from outside the UK for skilled positions that cannot be filled from within the resident labour force.

Global Business Mobility

The Global Business Mobility routes are available to overseas businesses seeking to establish a UK subsidiary or temporarily transfer specialised employees to the UK through a client, supplier or their own UK office.
