An overseas child of a British citizen or a person settled in the UK may apply to stay with that parent.

Adult dependant relative


An overseas adult relative of a British citizen or person settled in the UK may apply for immigration permission if they require long-term care from their relative in the UK and cannot obtain that care in their home country.
