Following recent changes to business immigration, LDI invites you to gain insights into the latest developments and expected future changes to sponsorship, to ensure your business is compliant.
Senior Home Office officials and LDI Partners will discuss operational and policy developments over the past year and looking ahead into 2024, including:
- digitalisation of sponsorship operations, including sponsorship management system (SMS) and compliance obligations;
- introduction of the Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) scheme and rollout of digital eVisa immigration status;
- update on forecast ahead for business immigration in the UK.
