Matthew has experience in a range of applications under the points-based system (PBS), including Tier 2 sponsor licence applications. He provides support for SMEs through to large multinationals on a range of immigration solutions and on their compliance obligations. Matthew also advises on Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications for high net-worth individuals, including those submitted on a discretionary basis.
