On Wednesday 11 September the US Supreme Court ruled to allow the Trump administration to enforce nationwide restrictions that will deny asylum to anyone who passes through another country on their way to the US without seeking protection there first. Head of the US Practice in London, Christi Jackson, discusses the asylum ban and what this means in practice on BBC World News and Radio Africa.
