Vanessa qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has practised in all aspects of immigration and nationality law since 1994. As head of Laura Devine Solicitors’ appeals and refusals team Vanessa manages client appeals before the First Tier Tribunal often involving EEA and human rights issues. She also advises on business, adoption and discretionary applications for corporate and private clients. Vanessa presents to clients and lawyers on various immigration areas including the Points Based System.
