Prior to completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London, Smruti read History at University College London focusing on Post-1918 Europe.
Smruti joined LDS in May 2006 and is a Solicitor. Smruti specialises in all aspects of business immigration and nationality law and has particular expertise in the points based system including highly skilled and skilled migrant applications. She advises clients ranging from financial organisations to smaller newly established businesses in a number of sectors including banking and media. She assists in all areas of business and personal immigration to the UK including European free movement, international transfers and appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
Smruti regularly presents as part of LDS’s university presentation programme and has spoken to various business organisations in the UK. |
