Expertise
Jenny studied Intellectual History as the School of Social Sciences at Sussex University and completed the postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2004. Jenny joined LDS in September 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2007.
Having been dedicated to immigration law since 2004, Jenny advises on all areas of immigration. She has an excellent relationship with relevant government bodies in the UK and abroad which often helps to facilitate clients' applications. Jenny also has an interest in US immigration and European free movement. She presents on immigration at universities across the UK and provides specialist training to lawyers for the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association and MBL and assists with contributing to various publications.
At the end of June 2010, Jenny transferred to join the LDA team in New York.
