Admitted to the state bars of Arizona and New York, Ceri has experience working with clients that range from Fortune 500 companies, individual investors, start-up companies, US branches of global corporations, and entertainers.
Ceri prepares and manages numerous types of green card applications including multinational managers, individuals of extraordinary ability, and labor certification for skilled workers, bachelor’s degree professionals and advanced degree professionals. She also manages temporary visa processes including O, L, H, E, J, B, F, and more. She works on compliance issues including Department of Labor related obligations, record keeping, and audit/investigation.
As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Ceri has served on several of the New York Chapter’s committees. She has also participated in pro-bono services including The Door, Know Your Rights Varick Street Clinic, CUNY’s TPS clinics, Naturalization Day and New York City Bar Association pro-bono clinics. |
